You need Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald or DX(not sure about that one) to get them. Either through GBA-DS connection or Pal Park. There is no other way. Except for Electrice and Spinda, they can be found in the wild under special circumstances.

So, did you want a Mudkip too or not? I need to know how many I must breed :P

Only one protecter per Game file. You can buy more via Pokemon Battle Revolution for a couple of thousand Poke coupons.

You should get someone to trade a Rhyperior forth and back and then search for it on GTS. I can do it whenever I can connect to internet again.

Ditto in breeding can reproduce male pokemon, so it's a popular choice for things like eevee or at least it used to be, I believe that he is a little bit more accesible in this game.

It's still good for people who started the game and ended up with a male starter and want to breed more.

no you can also find Ditto in pokemon pearl i dont know if he is also in Diamond but i found 2 dittos in pearl just watch the tv's alot and sometimes it will say that there are pokemon found ( they will say wich route you can find that pokemon )

Has anyone tried the clone glitch? I want to clone my Deoxys and Ho-oh but I'm afraid to do it because it involves getting your file corrupted, though nothing bad will happen due to the game's double save feature, I'm too afraid to do it myself. And I have the crappiest connection in the world. If anyone wants to clone them you get to keep one of the clones(it isn't any less real, it's impossible to see the difference ;) )

Can you be traded national dex pokemon before you have the national dex if you use friend codes? But they won't be labelled?

I just checked, and my Ho-oH is not untouched. It has some exp so I must have used it in a few battles. But some berries can fix that.
