It's exactly as you say :P there is no hidden meaning or anything, it's just interesting to see what different things different people see in the shapes. Half of what people suggest I can't even begin to see... Someone sitting next to me (who shall go unnamed...) reckoned the first one looked like goatse...!

With this image, I see an insect, with the face of a man. Human plague or disease maybe.
