Don't get too excited. It seems, after much confusion, that the online section is simply stat tracking, messaging friends - no real online play.

Hopefully, something opens up later in the game, but several reports- including Rockstars own Chinatown website (contrary to another Rockstar page) suggests no online play, just stat tracking and the like.

yes true,just checked the website..it mentions that head to head and co op are only availiable locally..thats weird cause i thought some weeks before it was guarranted that we are going to have online multiplayer..a missunderstanding?

anyway its a very funny single player game so not bad fellings to rockstar :P

Damn my USB-Connector stopped working, Does anyone know if the DSi supports WAP-keys on a router.....because the DS lite doesn't understand that kind of encryption.
Any other ideas to get my DS back on-line, my wii works fine on this router though, I guess it can encrypt it

You won't be able to play Chinatown Wars using WPA encryption on the DSi, the new encryption only lets you use the DSiWare store and DSi-specific games, not existing DS games. WEP will be fine.
