i feel like the suit looks too baggy, certainly in the second shot, but then the whole Tobey Maguire smug face from Spiderman 3 is off putting in that entire shot...was he stifling a laugh?

A show like this will go through a heap of colour correction in post. I don't doubt it will end up looking like the promo image.

Was going to post that, followed by "it looks crap".

I'm quite curious how different this will be to Arrow. The character seems more suited to a more lighthearted show with most of his enemies also having superpowers.

Then again, all I know is that he runs fast.

I think it was a mistake to make this a show of its own. The character doesn't translate well to mid-budget television. Perhaps if they aim to make just one series it could be ok. The origin in Arrow was brilliant though.

I hope that crappy skater jump isn't how the Flash is really going to jump, if he's going super fast I want Samus-esque flips.

I'm also curious how this will be all that difficult when "The Blur" was in Smallville. I shall run fast and save lives.

I hope the Flash super speed is nothing like it was in Smallville. I don't want thunderclap sfx 20x per episode. They should look at the way Faora moved in Man of Steel for inspiration during action sequences.

They need a fight scene from the perspective of The Flash, where it looks like he's moving normally, but everyone else is in slow motion.

That was pretty much Smallville's gimmick for 11 years, although not the effect I was referring to in my post.

One thing I'm worried about is the special effects. I do hope they have a good enough budget throughout the shows run.
