Some fancy new screenshots of the massive title Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Note that there are some boss spoilers in these images...

The summer (for the US) blockbuster looks like it will be a fantastic title. And it looks gorgeous, too.

The screenshots show of some bosses, as well as some shots of Samus' suits, so hit back if you don't want to see them. We know that Metroid Prime 3 will take place on different planets, and will use a beam-stacking system similar to the 2D Metroid games.

The graphics look very detailed, and even little stuff like Samus' reflection in her visor have been given an overhaul from the GameCube games. It also seems to be the case that there will be more cut-scenes this way round - the story of the Prime trilogy is now widespread, rather than confined to one lonely planet with just Samus and a dead (or almost-dead) civilisation.

Wooooh! I know what you mean about her reflection in the visor, this game looks so 'sexeh', this would have been perfect for the end of the summer holidays, but good release dates (or atleast joint ones) aren't something that the EU get. Has this been confirmed for September, or is that speculations?

Nothing is confirmed for anything other than the US, so September is pure speculation.

Imageine this title with sexy FMV movies, like the one in the begining of Baten Kaitos 1, or the ones in Spider Man on Gamecube. Just please add FMVs to the game (cutscenes in FMV gives the game more life)!

Some of these arent really new but some are genuinely impressive. I can see slight improvements over 2 but it will certainly look even better in motion. Now all we need is a Euro release date and a huge battle against 3D Kraid - SSBM style!!!

I was wondering how could her reflection in the visor get much of an overhaul, then i saw the screenshot and was like, damn it had an overhaul haha.
