I wonder how that'll work...

If you connect to the internet you'll get a screen of some sort where you put in something so that NINTENDO can recognize you and your pal....?

Still, Everyone I know who ownes a Wii already has it on-line....:#

Can it be back dated? I've already helpped a ton of people get their Wii online... damnit I need to find 20 more new friends and get them to buy a Wii :-P

Any word on how exactly Nintendo would know you helped someone?

I'm sceptical, I think its a mistake, especially every -third- party game.
Its like back when Nintendo Magazine claimed online they were giving away a disc of free NES games, then later backtracked explaining it was just the music.

Indeed, it seems too good to be true, but hey, it's what they said.

Nintendo, online, two persons online... Too much online stuff for Nintendo to make simple. So, we must expect something related with friend codes, annoying and time consuming.

Anyway, lets see. I don't have too much people here planning on getting a Nintendo Wii, so this is not that good... for me, at least.
