News: Hotel Dusk Sequel Announced!

The fan-favourite Hotel Dusk series returns to DS!

It's been revealed today that a follow-up to 2007's popular mystery-adventure title Hotel Dusk will hit Japan early next year.

Hotel Dusk: The Last Window is a straight sequel to the original game, taking place in 1980's Los Angeles. Original developer Cing is back to produce the game, and it's slated for a Japanese release on January 14th.

If you're wondering what all the fuss is about, check out our review of the first game.

Hotel Dusk was moderately successful in the west, so expect the sequel to hit our shores some time next year.

Thanks Dante!

Just told my mum, she's thrilled and anxious to play it!

She thoroughly finished the first one, but was very dissapointed because it had an open ending. This time 'round she'll hopefully get the answers :)

I've yet to play it though..

I'm curious as to see how this will "continue", Same hotel with Kyle Hyde? Doubtful.

Looking forward to it though.

Great news. I wonder if they will include the rumble feature for this one as they did before. I guess not.

YES! I loved this game so much!
And the 1st left a really great setup for a continuation of the story.

That's the official title translated from Japanese, but I think it's a safe bet it'll retain the Hotel Dusk name in the west.

Ahhhhhh!

Yes! I can't believe it =D I got this game last Christmas and it still remains, maybe, my favorite game on ds or at least in top 3(phoenix wright as well, of course :P)

Looking forward to continuing the story where the last game left off :D

P.S. Wouldn't it be cool if he got with Rachel,(I think that's her name) the person who rang him all the time xD

I'm a dyed-in-the-wool conservative, and I definitely prefer Target to Walmart. Boycott Target? Yeah, I heard about it, of course. I'm not playing though, even though I'm not terribly fond of Target because a lot of their stuff is the same old junk Walmart has. That being said, I agree with you, there IS political bandwagon-hopping going on, if you ask me. I'm all for a good cause or a good boycott, but come ON. canlı sohbet

I think Hugh Hewitt is brilliant on many, many things, but this Target nonsense is a little silly. I mean, does anyone REALLY care if Target doesn't want the ringers outside? I prefer to give to charity--yes, including the Salvation Army!--on my terms, not as a result of an (admittedly passive) ambush. I'm glad to not have to embarrassingly pass by without dropping chump change in their buckets.
