Nintendo are publishing Namco Bandai's We Ski game with a new name. Check out the full details inside...

Developed by Namco Bandai, Nintendo are bringing We Ski in Europe as Family Ski, which allows up to four players to take to slopes, via use of Wii Fit's balance board.

The title features numerous slopes, and free-roaming game-play around the resort, allowing players to discover new areas and characters along the way. In-game photos can be snapped, and sent to the Wii Message Board.

Of course, the game is also playable using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, which can be used to simulate ski-poles. Players can use them to push-off, accelerate and negotiate the twists and turns of the slopes. On the Balance Board, players can turn, leaning their body from left to right to control the on-screen action from a standing position.

Gamers will be able to play as pre-set skiers, or their Mii character, which can be customised with various gear, buyable through obtaining points from successful competitions, which include the usual races, slaloms and moguls, but also errands such as finding a lost child or delivering food around the resort! There is even a Ski Quiz to test your knowledge of the slopes!
