News: EA Goes Looney!

EA has signed a co-publishing agreement to develop the game based on the upcoming Looney Tunes film.

Electronics Arts and Warner Brothers have announced that a co-publishing deal has been signed meaning Electronics Arts will publsih, market and distribute the game based on upcoming Looney Tunes movie.

The game will be called 'Looney Tunes: Back In Action' and will be developed by UK based developers, Warthog.

The movie is set to be released November 2003 and is set in the live-action world where the Loony Tunes will meet up with characters played by Brendan Fraser and Jenna Elfman. They will be searching for Fraser's character's missing father and the mythical Blue Diamond.

The game will have players on a world-wide scavenger hunt in several film-based locations. The game will be released on PlayStation 2, Gamecube and Game Boy Advance.
