The very long-awaited threequel finally gets a North American release date...

At E3 2009, Nintendo revealed that Camelot had finally seen fit to give DS owners a sequel to 2003's Golden Sun: The Lost Age, and we're pleased - for our North American readers, at least - to report that it will be seeing the light of day this year, as Golden Sun: Dark Dawn gets a confirmed US release date for November 29th.

Dark Dawn is set thirty years after the events of its predecessors and features the descendants of our familiar heroes in its starring roles. Certain summon moves will also be returning for the ride.

No word on a European date just yet, but fingers crossed the game does indeed make it out this side of New Year.
