Actress Nicole Kidman will appear in Nintendo DS adverts across Europe...

The actress, known for appearances in films such as Moulin Rouge! and The Others, will be appearing in adverts for the Nintendo DS.

The ad campaign will start in the UK on ITV at 7.45pm. The ad sees Nicole Kidman playing More Brain Training from Dr Kawashima: How Old is Your Brain?, and her brain age will be revealed at the end of the advert. When asked about the product in the advert, Kidman replied "I love the concept that Nintendo is reaching out to new audiences with self-improvement products like Brain Training."

This is not the first time that celebrities have appeared in UK Nintendo adverts. The recent Mario Strikers Charged Foorball starred footballer Ian Wright and son Shaun Wright-Phillips.
