UK developer/publishers Oxygen Games has fallen into administration, full details inside...

It's been a bad year for developer's everywhere - the last twelve months have seen the collapse of Free Radical Design, Factor 5, and now Oxygen Games too. Previous signs of financial trouble in the company came earlier this year as the developers put their London studio in East Croydon on the market for sale.

The outfit published the yearly PDC World Championship Darts series, the recently released Hysteria Hospital and many other Wii, WiiWare, and DS titles, with DS/Wii title Cate West: Vanishing Files on the release horizon.

Creditors of the company have been contacted, and a financial firm has been appointed administrators. We'll keep you updated on how things progress.
