News: Sonic Adventure DX Info

Sega recently unveiled some details about the upcoming Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut.

This new Sonic game, criticised at E3 for some frame rate issues, has now gone through several fixes and improvements, including a full C-stick controllable camera.

The title, that was originally released for the Dreamcast back in 1999, will have in this version some graphic enhancements, new mission modes and 12 full Sonic Gamegear games to unlock. These will be the complete games released for the Sega handheld, but there probably won't be much encyclopedic information about them.

The replay value is kept up by the 60 missions, ranging from pseudo-racing (reach the end of a level in the shortest time possible) to exploration and by the Gameboy Advance connectivity: Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut will link with Sonic Pinball Party, Sonic Advance, and Sonic Advance 2 on the Nintendo handheld.
