Sonic racer gets a sequel...

Reports have begun to circulate that last year's PS2 and GameCube title Sonic Riders is set for a sequel on both PS2 and this time Wii. It will go under the title of Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity.

Not much else is known other than the lack of the turbulence system. Turbulence was a system that allowed riders to "ride" behind their opponent and benefit from their slipstream by chaining together tricks. Apart from this omission, the title is still expected to use a mostly unchanged move-set. There has been no word how a motion-centric version of this will work.
