The Mario-themed Flipnote Studio competition is still taking place in Europe and eager animators can view Japanaese entries.

Recently we informed you about a Flipnote Studio competition that celebrated Mario's 25th Anniversary. Gamers could download one of two musical pieces and create a piece of animation based upon that.

The competition finishes next Friday in Europe but has closed in Japan. Now you can view the Japanese entries by clicking here, as well as looking at some of Nintendo's staff entries.

With just a short amount of time until the competition closes hopefully these entries will provide a burst of inspiration within you.
