The sequel to the suberb N64 game, 1080º Snowboarding. Originally being made by Left Field and known as 1080ºGC. Then just before E3 2002 it was announced Nintendo Software Technology will be developing it and under the name 1080º: White Storm. It has gone under another name change, now being called 1080º: Avalanche and in Japan it's called 1080° Silver Storm. Although the flamboyant antics of EA's SSx series has stolen some of the snowboarding spotlight from the series that really give the genre a kickstart in the first place, Avalanche remains the preferred choice for real enthusiasts. This is definitely more of a racing game than a trick game; a solid and faithful rendition of the sport."It's fast, it's fun and it's got a wicked soundtrack to boot.
