Masahiro Sakurai has today confirmed three more playable characters in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. games for the 3DS & Wii U. The veteran Captain Falcon makes his return to the series and is joined by Fire Emblem Awakening newcomers, Lucina & Robin (Robin is your Avatar's default name in Fire Emblem Awakening).

Not to be confused, Chrom does indeed make an appearance in the game, but not as a playable character. Instead he comes in to deal some heavy damage as part of Robin's final Smash attack.
