Iwata revealed on todays Nintendo Direct that Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze will be delayed until 2014.

The title, originally set for release this November, needs more development time. Iwata is sorry for the delay but hopefully, with big titles such as Mario & Sonic, Super Mario 3D Worlds and Sonic Lost Worlds, the Wii U should still have a busy holiday period.
