A new Pikmin title is officially confirmed to be in development during Nintendo's Developer Roundtable.

After the hustle and bustle of the massive Press Conference, Nintendo's smaller and more low-key E3 event the Developer Roundtable has taken place behind closed doors, and featured a visit from none other than Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto himself.

The discussion featured more details on Animal Crossing: City Folk, Wii Music and Wii Sports Resort, and closed with a Q&A section.

And just as well it did, because Miyamoto was asked whether a new Pikmin title was being developed. Miyamoto's response was: "We're making Pikmin." Though apparently they'll only show it when they're ready.
