GDCE? What's that? It's the Games Developer Conference Europe, held for the first time last year. This year will be the second time, on August 30th and 31st, prior to ECTS.
At this conference, 'programmers, artists, producers, game designers, audio professionals and anyone else involved in creating interactive games, meets to exchange ideas, network, and shape the future of the industry'. There will also be a lot of speakers, to lecture about programming and other games-releated stuff.
