Auto Modellista U.S.-Tuned

News: Auto Modellista Details

Sega take the time to inform us of some details concerning Auto Modellista: Tuned for GameCube.

Sega updated us today about the ins and outs of it's cel-shaded racing title, Auto Modellista: Tuned. It was already common knowledge that this conversion wasn't going to be your average port, and Sega set that in stone today. The company explained how the GameCube version of the title has been tweaked and modified to make the game as enjoyable as it can be, and co-incidentally, that very action features heavily in the GameCube incarnation of the title. A lot of tweaking is involved in the title and a new customisation menu has been introduced. Two new courses also feature, as well as nine new vehicles from six of America's finest car manufacturers. Sega also revealed that the title would have a two-player mode as well as the fact that the drifting and replay features had been tuned and tweaked to perfection.

The title is due out in Japan next month, and will be retailing for a little lower than normal GameCube games. And if you're wondering why Sega has released these details, taking into account that Capcom publishes the title; it is most likely that Sega will be in charge of distributing the title.
