Thanks to GC-Inside we can report that One Piece has been announced.

"One piece" refers to a legendary treasure and a group of people are sailing to find it while fighting off pirates. "Lufu" is the captain of the ship, "Zoro" is a swordsmen, "Nami" is a pilot, "Benbu" is a marksmen and "Sanji" is a talented chef.

Other than details of the manga and anime itself, no details of the Japanese game have been announced. This game will most likely not be making it to the States and Europe.
