Nintendo Treehouse Live October 2020 Roundup

Nintendo have just finished airing their latest Nintendo Treehouse Live October 2020 presentation, which contained gameplay of both Pikmin 3 Deluxe, and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

From the presentation, Pikmin 3 Deluxe had some of the story missions played through, and some of the additional side-story missions starring Olimar and Louie, from the earlier Pikmin games; there was also the announcement of a demo, which should now be live on the Nintendo Switch eShop, and any progress you make on it will be transferable to the main game, plus if you complete the demo, you'll be able to start the main game on Ultra Spicy difficulty.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity had a decent showing as well, Urbosa the Gerudo champion was shown, slicing through enemies with her sword, while Zelda was shown using the Shiekah Slate and various runes to defeat enemies, plus the younger version of Impa was demonstrated using plenty of ninja-like attacks, with enemies being blown away by whirlwinds, explosions and not really standing a chance, which just goes to show how fun the characters can potentially be to play as, when being played with a decent amount of skill.

Check below for both video presentations...

What did you think of this latest presentation? Are you looking forward to trying out the demo for Pikmin 3 Deluxe after seeing the recent gameplay? Or is Hyrule Warriors: Age of Ruin going to potentially be the next big game, on a lot of Switch owners lists?
