Riviera: The Promised Land Remaster Reveal Trailer

Revered GBA RPG Riviera: The Promised Land is out now on the Japanese eShop on Nintendo Switch in the form of this remaster.

It’s not a modern remaster though, as this is a port of the enhanced PSP version which originally released in 2006 on the Sony handheld.

No mention of a European release has been uttered yet, but given this remaster boasts the option of Japanese or English voice acting, it’s not out of the question. Before you go jumping onto the Japanese eShop though, be aware that it currently only has a Japanese language text option.

This remaster will also launch at a later date on PC, iOS and Android devices, so the potential for an English language reveal coinciding with the wider release is a possibility.
